1. Booking Cancellations

The Mavi Cabs Service Refund Policy ensures a transparent and professional experience for every traveler using Mavi GuideGrid. Specifically, we provide clear and straightforward cancellation rules to help you plan your journey with complete confidence.

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
  • No Refund: We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup time.

2. Service Issues

  • Provide a replacement vehicle, or
  • Offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the journey

3. Third-Party Bookings

Mavi GuideGrid may provide information and affiliate links to third-party transport services, including trains, buses, and booking platforms. However, we do not control these external services.

  • Refunds for such bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider
  • You must contact the third-party platform directly for any refund requests

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we initiate the process immediately.

  • Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
